30-Day Easy Free Returns

At Dreamkue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have original tags still intact. We offer returns for store credit or exchanges. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, items marked "Final Sale", or any product with the sanitary tag removed.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Customer Service: Email info@dreamkue.com to initiate your return. Include your order number and reason for return.

2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions.

3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation.

4. Shipping Label: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Print and attach it to the package.

5. Ship the Package: Drop off at the nearest carrier location as instructed in your return authorization email.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet return criteria. After inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Email us at info@dreamkue.com to discuss any issues with your order and we will do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons and will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description. This includes earrings, undergarments, hair tools, and Final Sale items.
