Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days for domestic orders. Orders placed before 11 AM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST on Friday ship the following Monday. See our full Shipping Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

How do I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached. See our full Return & Refund Policy.

What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, items marked "Final Sale", or any item with the sanitary tag removed.
